Where are the world changers?

Despite God's promises of success for believers, it often does not materialize for many individuals. At best, strong, publicly proclaiming believers are not in the majority in the upper echelons of success, wealth, and power, and at worst indistinguishable from statistical randomness for those that make it to the top. God is both omnipotent and omniscient, he is all powerful and all knowing, so what is missing? Why are strong believers not in the majority where success, power and wealth are concerned? Where are those with considerable economic and political resources standing up for Christian values? Where are the world changers, the path finders and solution providers who live after Christian ideals while commanding world changing results? Listen to the victory speech of most boxers or and prominent athletes, and you will often hear “I want to thank God…”, but I rarely see this phrase stated as the contributor to business success when economically or politically accomplished people are interviewed.

“The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts”. -Hag 2:8 (KJV)

God’s children should understand His will and intent, positioning them to best manage His resources on earth. It is also the natural inclination of any parent to have their children access the first and best of their resources. Thus, believers should be at the top in all fields of human existence and should not be struggling or barely surviving. Where are the world changers?
